LLM-created PRs from issues

Noticing a few obviously LLM-created PRs on my open source projects. Yesterday I had to close two (for the same issue) because they fixed the issue only on the surface.

What is the goal of people doing this? Are their accounts fully LLM-driven? Or only partly?
